How long is the call?

Our standard session is 30 minutes. If your org is particularly complex—multiple regions, products, or CRMs—we’ll extend to 45–60 minutes and let you know in advance.

Who should join from our side?

At minimum, we recommend a decision-maker (VP Sales, RevOps lead, or Head of Sales) plus one power user who lives in the CRM daily. You’re welcome to invite others, but 2–4 people total tends to be most productive.

Will this be a product pitch?

We’ll definitely show you RevConnect, but we start by understanding your motion and gaps. The goal is to be diagnostic, not pushy. If we don’t think we can deliver meaningful lift, we’ll tell you straight and share alternatives.

What if we need to reschedule?

Every confirmation email includes a reschedule link that updates both calendars automatically. Please try to give us at least 4 hours notice so we can offer the slot to another team.

Do you support our size and industry?

RevConnect is built for B2B teams with 5–250 reps, primarily in SaaS, services, and modern B2B commerce. If you’re outside that range, we’re still happy to chat and point you in the right direction.
